“The internet helped solidify [Ken’s] creativity and your documentary will stabilize and make permanent his legacy with Teddy Ruxpin.”
- Jan Hornbeck Forsse
In 2018, documentarian Billy Tooma began research on his film, Ken Forsse: Come Dream with Me Tonight. With the support of the Forsse family and Alchemy II, and culling over 50 interviews from many of Ken's colleagues, peers, friends, family, and fans, the film looks to become the most comprehensive overview of Ken Forsse's life and career.

Originally slated for a Fall 2021 release, it was announced in November of that year that it would debut on January 3, 2022. Rather than a single film, the production was instead converted into a nine-part docuseries, with the cumulative runtime assessed at an astonishing 9-hours.
Part I of "Ken Forsse: Come Dream with Me Tonight" debuted on YouTube on January 3, 2022 with each subsequent part released every Monday, concluding with Part IX on February 28, 2022. The film is written, directed, and edited by Billy Tooma and produced by Vincent Conroy. Executive Producers include Tony Calandrillo, Alchemists Mary Becker and Linda Pierson along with Ken's daughter Theresa Forsse Eversole and Ken's widow Jan Hornbeck Forsse. C.
