small update

ok so i tested the power supply and that works so my plan is too buy a parts vic 20 and to use that to fix this on

thank you for sharing the video, sadly it is not a rom problem if it was a rom problem i would be able to plug a game into the computer and play it.

so me and my dad were shopping and we found a commodore vic 20 for sale so we bought it. we brought it home and pluged into a tv. we turned it on, and the light turned on but the screen was blank. does anyone here know how to fix it. i really want to play it thank you if you know how to fix it

Can you attach a picture of the other side of the pcb? that might help tracing it to a source.
