Disney Afternoon Toys
Disney Afternoon Toys
With Disney suddenly interested in its long-dormant "Disney Afternoon" properties from the 90's, I got to thinking about some of my favorite toys growing up: the Darkwing Duck action figures! Does anyone else remember these? They were so well-built and so much fun! I loved all the accessories!
I keep telling myself I'm going to collect them again, but--ahem--I'm a bit financially constrained at the moment.
I wish they still made toys like these! I know Funko has re-issued a couple of them in new formats, but the originals hold a special place for me!

Re: Disney Afternoon Toys
I was absolutely obsessed with all the Disney Afternoon shows growing up, but I think Darkwing Duck may have been the height of my excitement. I remember them running a countdown to the show's debut every day and I was SO excited!

Here's Darkwing Duck, Launchpad McQuack and megavolt. Darkwings hat spins, Launchpads head rotates and megavolt sparks! I love Darkwing Duck and it's awesome to have these!

I had two little figures from “Darkwing Duck.” One was his jet and the other was him on his motorcycle with Launchpad in the cart. Pretty sure I got them at Walt Disney World.
