Chewdini solution?

Hi everyone! As most of you know, Ken Forsse developed a puzzle called Chewdini, manufactured by Binary Arts. I was hoping someone here could walk me through the Chewdini puzzle solution? I'm totally stuck and have no instructions or anything.

Got it, finally! Ok, so to get Chewdini out of the cheese, you spin the cheese as fast as you possibly can and the centrifugal force will release the mouse. The problem then is depressing the little nibs on Chewdini's sides, it proved very difficult with the aged plastic and one of the nibs easily cracked, but I got it open and have a new keychain.
